SheetX is a software product designed to extend the functionality of Google Sheets™ through additional spreadsheets functions, data transformation capabilities, and automation features.

SheetX is an independent third-party product. SheetX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google LLC.

Your use of Google Sheets™ and other Google Workspace™ services remains subject to Google's application terms and policies.

By purchasing and installing the Software from Eigen Digital, you agree to these Terms.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital link to make a copy of the Google Sheets template to your own Google Drive. No physical product will be shipped. You need to for have a Google account to use the Product.

Certain features of the Software may require verification of a valid purchase. Users may be asked to provide information such as an Order ID, license key, or other proof of purchase through a verification form.

Failure to provide accurate purchase information may prevent activation of licensed features.

Submission of fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or unauthorized purchase information may result in denial or revocation of access to the product, updates, or support.

We reserve the right to verify purchases before providing technical support, replacement files, updates, or license activation.

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of this Software, all sales are final. We may offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in certain conditions. The refund policy will be noticed during your purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing the file, please contact us for support.

You retain ownership of data and content that you provide to or process through SheetX ("User Data"). You grant us only the rights necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Data. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may provide free functionality, trials, beta features, or promotional access.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features or trials.

SheetX may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes, security patches, or feature changes.

Some updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility with Google Workspace or other third-party services.

The Product, including its design, formulas, layout, scripts, and architecture, is the intellectual property of Eigen Digital. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the Product's intellectual property.

The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Eigen Digital is not liable for any lost data, missed job opportunities, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the template.
