End-User License Agreement (EULA)

SheetX is a add-on designed to extend Google Sheets™ with additional functions, data manipulation and transformation capabilities, and automation functionality. SheetX is only distributed through Google Workspace™ Marketplace.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use SheetX for your personal or business purposes.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Software, either in its original form or customized.
• Upload the Software to other platforms or marketplaces.
• Duplicate the Software and distribute to friends, family, clients, colleagues or anyone else.
• Intercept, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software or its communication protocols to build a competing product or service.
• Claim the Software's proprietary architecture, design, or automated logic as your own creation.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the Software.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to the Company.

This EULA grants you a license to use the Software. It does not grant you ownership of the Software.

All rights are expressly granted and reserved by the Company.

You may modify the Software for personal use only. Modified versions may not be shared, distributed, or sold.

SheetX operates in conjunction with Google Sheets™. Google Sheets™ is third-party platform governed by Google's own terms, policies, and technical requirements.

Changes to Google Sheets™ APIs, permissions, services, or platform functionality may affect SheetX.

SheetX is not a Google product and is not endorsed or sponsored by Google.

We may release updates to SheetX to add functionality, fix bugs, improve security, or maintain compatibility with third-party platforms.

Certain functionality may be offered as experimental, preview, or beta functionality to some subscribers.
Beta functionality may container errors, change substantially, or be discontinued without notice.

You should not rely on beta funtionality for critical operations without appropriate safeguards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SheetX is provided "as is" and "as available".

We disclaim all warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that SheetX will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every environment.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software in your possession.

By using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
