End-User License Agreement (EULA)

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Product for personal use only.

• Use by one individual only
• Use on devices owned or controlled by that individual
• Customization for personal workflow purposes

• Make a copy of the template to your personal Google Drive for your own personal, individual use.
• Only you, the primary purchaser, are authorized to execute the embedded Google Apps Script and interface with the JAT library to run the template's features.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Product, either in its original form or customized.
• Make the Product, its copy links, or its background script files publicly available online.
• Upload the Product to other platforms or marketplaces.
• Duplicate the Product and distribute to friends, family, clients, colleagues or anyone else.
• Intercept, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the external JAT library or its communication protocols to build a competing product or service.
• Claim the Product's proprietary architecture, design, or automated logic as your own creation.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the Product.

The Product, including its design, structure, logic, templates, and workflows, remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. This Agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

You may modify the Product for personal use only. Modified versions may not be shared, distributed, or sold.

The software may require verification of a valid purchase before activation or continued use of certain features.

The Licensor may require submission of a valid Order ID, license key, or other proof of purchase.
Each license is intended for use by the purchaser in accordance with the applicable license terms.

Attempts to bypass, manipulate, falsify, or interfere with the license verification process constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of the license without refund.

The Licensor reserves the right to revoke licenses obtained through fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized redistribution, or other violations of this Agreement.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product in your possession.

By using this Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
